In 2022 i have undergone TRTP through Anne and it has absolutely changed my life and turned my life around. I had so much truma from a divorce and family abuse that has been bottle up for years and felt unworthy and big failure in my life. Thanks to Anne i have succeeded more in life in 2 years then i have all my life. I have overcome my truma’s and have tackled life head on with a clear and peaceful mindset. Im no longer angry or triggered. After 2 years this is my genuine review i feel so much better iv accomplished so much in life in such a short time and happily re-married and enjoying the cream and the cherry on the cake. Words cannot express to those who have truma to undertake the TRTP program through Anne because everyone is valuable, life is valuable and the grass is always greener. Just believe in the process like i have and you will pick the fruit from the tree you have been watering. Thank you Anne so much..

After a referral from a friend who spoke highly of Anne, I made contact for TRTP. I was initially worried that my anxieties would get the better of me and not be able to complete the process. Anne was able to reassure me, talk me through TRTP and I completed the sessions in May 2023. I highly recommend completing TRTP with Anne and the results are instant. The ‘felt experience’ is amazing. I came out of this process a much calmer person who was no longer in flight or fight mode 24/7. I felt safe with Anne throughout this process. A few weeks after TRTP my mother passed away and I have been working with Anne as a Counsellor to manage my grief. Anne has helped me through the stages that come with grief. I am very grateful to Anne for having a safe space to open up for what has been a very challenging time. I highly recommend Anne and TRTP.

I highly recommend Anne. I have been having therapy sessions with Anne continiously for the past 2 years. After 20+ years of trying many others I have never found any to care and help and actually treat certain traumas I have like Anne has and continues to do so. Anne truly is my angel sent from above, without her I do not know where I would be today. Your Awesome 🙏

I went to Anne with multiple Traumas . I was not Hopfull that it can help however my partner booked me in to see Anne .. Anne was very professional and wise. She tried alot to stop me from self sabotaging .. I am still dealing with anxiety day in day out however I feel more aware of my problems and also less aggressive and sensitive to some triggers.. not all my problems are solved as it was just four sessions with Anne! we could just work with couple of the issues... however it did help and I see a change .. I recommend TRTP specially for those battling with PTSD !

I've been seeing Anne Serrey for anger management and for TRTP as part of my court ordered diversion since April. I can comfortably say that slapping the guy that brought me to these counselling sessions was the best thing I've ever done. Absolutely life changing. I feel much lighter, I feel free, and unstuck for the first time since exiting my mother's uterus thirty odd years ago. Thanks so much Anne for all your help and your continued support. Highly recommend Anne's services.

Anne is amazing, TRTP has changed my entire outlook on life, how I interact with people, and what I’m doing. In the few months since TRTP my life has honestly changed so much for the better, it’s beyond what I could have ever imagined. My friends and family are also noticing it! And amazingly, every day gets better. Thank you so much Anne!

What Is Stress and What Are The Affects?

Stress is your body’s response to any demand. It can be caused by both positive and negative life events, such as getting married or losing a job. When you perceive a threat, your body responds by releasing hormones that prepare you for “fight or flight.” This stress response can be helpful in some situations, but it can also take a toll on your health if it’s constantly activated.

The physical and emotional symptoms of stress can vary from person to person.

Some common signs and symptoms include:

  • Physical symptoms: Fatigue, headaches, muscle pain, upset stomach, changes in appetite or sleep patterns
  • Emotional symptoms: Anxiety, irritability, mood swings, depression
  • Behavioural symptoms: Procrastination, overeating or undereating, increased use of alcohol or drugs, withdrawal from friends and activities

If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms on a regular basis, it’s important to take action to manage your stress. Otherwise, it can lead to more serious health problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.

How Stress Management Can Help

Stress management is all about taking control of your stress and learning to cope in a healthy way. It involves identifying the things that cause you stress and finding ways to reduce or eliminate them. It also means learning how to better deal with stressful situations when they do arise.

Stress management can help you in a number of ways, including:

  • Confronting your fears: When you’re constantly worrying about things, it can be hard to see them in perspective. Stress management can help you learn how to better deal with your fears and anxiety.
  • Improving your relationships: Stress can take a toll on your personal and professional relationships. By managing your stress, you can improve the quality of your interactions with others.
  • Boosting your productivity: When you’re stressed out, it’s hard to focus and get things done. But by managing your stress, you can increase your productivity and get more done.
  • Enhancing your well-being: Stress management can help you improve your overall well-being. It can help you sleep better, eat healthy and exercise more.
